I have no idea how she's listed on IMDB. Her name is not revealed in the series, I don't think; maybe only in Razor. She's the Six who was on Pegasus, slept with Admiral Cain, was exposed as a cylon, was repeatedly tortured and sexually assaulted by the Pegasus crew, was freed by Baltar, shot Cain in the face, and eventually nuked Cloud Nine. Baltar was genuinely helpful to her, in that he helped her out of her catatonic state, freed her, and allowed her to get revenge against Cain. But it's real clear that he only did it because he was using her as a Caprica Six surrogate, and he is UNFATHOMABLY creepy to her once she's free.
